Lifetime License Only Comes With One Year of Free Support
The lifetime license comes with lifetime updates and one-year of support. This is stated clearly on the pricing page next to the checkout button since the launch period of ASE Pro back in 2023. Screenshot here for reference. This is explained further in the FAQ below the pricing table.
To be eligible for support again, you can purchase a support license for your tier of lifetime license. So, for example, if you have the TEAM 100-sites lifetime license, you'll need to purchase the corresponding TEAM 100-sites support license.
You Cancelled Your Annual License Subscription and One Year Has Passed
The annual license comes with ongoing support as long as you're still within the one-year period after license purchase or subscription renewal, even if you cancel your subscription afterwards.
If the one-year period has passed and you do not have active subscription, you will loose your support eligibility. Anytime you renew your subscription, you'll be eligible for support again.
