Essential Features

Multi-Columns Layout

Drag and drop a field to the left or right side of an existing field to create an additional column.

Email Notifications

Notify site admins or any email address of new form submissions. Auto-responder is also available for the person submitting a form.

Confirmation Actions

After form submission, choose to show a message, show a page or redirect to a URL.

Entries Management

Store, preview and manage form submissions. Optionally choose to not store submissions for increased privacy.

Webhooks

Integrate with other sites / apps by sending your form submission data to Zapier, n8n, Make, Pabbly Connect, Integrately, IFTTT, SureTriggers / OttoKit, Uncanny Automator, Bit Flows, AutomatorWP, WP Fusion, etc.
